We Produce Qualıty!
 

● We produce Quality! We know that each production step is the customer of one before. That’s why we do not pass defect parts to the next operation step.

● We guarantee the quality of our products via modern measurement techniques thanks to our ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System.

● We take remedies on new and existing parts via Process FMEA workshops where the Quality, Production, Engineering staff is fully included.

● We validate our products via our CMM “MITUTOYO CRYSTAPLUS M”, calibrated standard gauges or specially designed gauges specific to the product.

Mikrosan is “A level” supplier of all its customers!

● Mikrosan is “Validated” and “A level” supplier of all its Customers. Our producst are directly delivered to assembly line without any Receiving Inspection procedure.

● Intial Sample Submissions, serial process controls and final controls are done via our 3D Coordinate Measurement Machine and reported to the customer.

● New projects are started with initial samples accompanied with full PPAP file including tensile strength tests, hardness tests, microstructure and spectrometric tests as well as CMM measured dimensional reports.

OUR FINAL TARGET IS ZERO DEFECT, ZERO PPM!
